RateMyABA is the Glassdoor for the Applied Behavior Analysis industry. We help families compare companies on what really matters — waitlists, insurance, and outcomes — and we help BCBAs and RBTs find employers who match their values.

How reviews work

Reviews are submitted by verified accounts and pre-moderated before going live. Each review is tagged as either a Client (caregiver) or Employee review and includes an overall 1–10 rating plus category ratings.

HIPAA-safe by design

We never collect medical documents, diagnoses, IEPs, or any other Protected Health Information. Lead forms are intentionally minimal — name, email, phone, zip, general intent, and broad insurance only.

Inbound only

Companies never source families or candidates through RateMyABA. Every connection starts with the user choosing to reach out.
